Welcome to our Modern Headless Data Transformation SaaS ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our visual IDE, schema mapping tools, AI Copilot, and serverless API execution platform.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Our Service provides a visual, schema-first IDE for data transformation and a serverless runtime API for executing JSONata-based mappings. Key features include:
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, API keys, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or API keys.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal use. You agree not to:
Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the data (payloads, JSON structures) you submit to our API for transformation ("Customer Data"). We do not claim ownership over your Customer Data. Data Processing: By using the Service, you grant us the right to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of executing your defined transformations. We do not persistently store your raw transaction data unless explicitly configured by you (e.g., for debugging logs), and it is processed statelessly in our serverless environments. Schemas and Rules: The JSONata transformation scripts and schemas you create within our IDE remain your intellectual property. You grant us a license to store and execute these rules to provide the Service to you.
Our Service includes AI-assisted features ("AI Copilot") that suggest mapping logic and auto-generate expressions based on your schema.
We strive to ensure high availability of our serverless transformation APIs. However, the Service is subject to API rate limits and quotas determined by your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if your usage negatively impacts platform stability or violates these Terms.
The Service, including its visual IDE, core transformation engine, original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [contact@fluxschema.com].
